I hired Phoenix Paint Services for a major exterior project that included painting the rafters, front door, garage door, and side fence, as well as a more complex repair and repaint of our patio cover. I was initially unaware of the extent of the damage to the patio cover, what I thought was a simple plank replacement turned into needing almost half the structure replaced, which they handled completely. Mark came out and provided a detailed, professional quote that was in line with three others I received. I found his pricing very fair and felt confident after discussing the scope of work and reviewing his past projects. He set a start date about three to four weeks out and held true to that exact schedule, which was fantastic. Carly followed up quickly with the official, electronic proposal. When the work began, Jose, Luis, and Mark showed up on time. Jose and Luis were always punctual, incredibly polite, professional, and friendly throughout the process. Mark was also involved, making sure everything was progressing as planned. I have never experienced this level of professionalism with any previous home paint or repair work. The team completed the job on time, within budget, and the final cleanup was immaculate. The final result is outstanding as you can see from the before and after pictures. My wife and I are extremely happy we chose Phoenix Paint Services. They are, without a doubt, the best in the business we have seen. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for excellent work, great customer service, and very fair prices.

I cannot begin to express what an incredible job Phoenix Paint Services did with the exterior of my home! I had a horrible experience with an unskilled painter who completely botched the job. Phoenix came to the rescue and delivered as promised. Mark was extremely communicative from the beginning to the end. He gave a fair bid, and his team was both skilled and hard-working. I had multiple issues that needed to be remedied. One of them was a visible texture problem that has been an eyesore for many years. The former painter said he could fix it, but he did not. Mark and his team assessed the situation and came up with a cost-effective solution…….. Problem solved!!! The job was started on a Monday and completely done by Friday afternoon. A big thank you to “Big Jose” and his team for going above and beyond with a couple of extra requests. I just can’t say enough good things about this company. Beyond satisfied!

Such an amazing and seamless process with this company. I had used them before but called when I was in a bind to get my downstairs painted before I had guests coming. Mark came over, squeezed me in the following week knowing my time restrictions and provided the estimate super quick! Painters showed up at 8:20am the day of service and finished that day, vs the 2 days they said it would take! Not only that they were super nice, obviously efficient and cleaned up after themselves. They took great care with my furniture and belongings, putting everything back as is at the ends of the day. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for great painters!

Mark and his crew really did a great job on our 30 year old condo. Painted our cabinets, closets, doors, bannisters, walls and ceilings. They were great to work with, I waited for 6 months after job done to leave review to see if I still felt that way about their work and I do! Definitely would use again.
